It really came as no surprise to us, after all we told him it would happen. But it's always so much fun to hear the excitement in their voices when we get that call. I love it!!
We shot the tour back in the summer but it didn't get listed until a couple weeks ago because the client had a lot of things to do over the summer. So after being listed only a couple weeks it was sold, and at $500k - last I looked we had an 84+ month inventory of $500K homes here in Northwest Arkansas! WOW! And he had backup buyers in case the first contract fell through.
They said the house was exactly like the tour. They were ALREADY IN LOVE WITH IT BEFORE THEY EVER STEPPED FOOT INTO THE HOME (that is the number one reason to have professional virtual tour produced). So actually going to the house wasn't to see if they liked it, it was to verify that the house really was as good as it appeared in the tour. And it is!
